Your Job
DarkVision is seeking a Product Operations Manager to support the execution and delivery of DarkVision’s award winning industrial imaging technology. This role is focused on delivery execution, addressing customer follow‑up questions, and coordinating service quality objectives, enabling the Product Manager to focus on longer‑term planning, roadmap development, and team leadership.
This role works closely with Product, Data Analysis, Data Development & Ops, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure customer commitments are clearly scoped and prioritized appropriately. You’ll help coordinate and keep teams on track to deliver high-quality results on time. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn from the ground up what goes into ensuring our products are high impact for our customers, while bringing highly dynamic and multifaceted diversity to your day-to-day tasks.
This role is on-site and is based out of DarkVision’s head office in North Vancouver, BC, where employees enjoy full access to our facility amenities including a well-equipped gym, squash court, climbing wall, steam room, private showers, and more.

What You Will Do
- Customer Requests & Delivery Execution: Act as the primary owner for customer follow‑up requests arising from reports delivered to customers. This includes scoping requests, coordinating required development or analysis input, recommending priorities, and supporting delivery planning.
- Service Quality Logistics: Track, triage, and coordinate service quality items as they arise. Work with Product, Data, and Engineering teams to ensure issues are clearly understood, appropriately prioritized, and communicated.
- Customer Deliverables & Technical Content: Support the development of high-quality customer facing materials, including technical explanations, presentations, figures, and supporting analysis. Assist in the preparation of technical papers and marketing content in collaboration with Product and Marketing.
- Cross‑Functional Coordination: Serve as an execution bridge between Product, Data, Engineering, and Sales teams to ensure customer requests and internal priorities remain aligned and nothing falls through the cracks.
- Support your PM: Help remove the day-to-day exposure for your Product Manager and ensure the product and services are efficiently delivering high-quality results for our customers from data analysis to customer integrity reports.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- 3+ years of relevant experience working with complex technical data or analysis‑driven products
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Project management experience
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Self-sufficient - able to make decisions and balance risk/reward with limited supervision
- Ability to balance competing priorities and make pragmatic execution decisions

General Salary Range
For this role, we anticipate paying $100,000 to $150,000 base salary per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
