Dasro is looking for an HR Lead (ERP Modernization) for one of its clients in Calgary, AB.

Role Overview:
Leads the HR workstream of a multi-year SAP S/4HANA transformation program (SAP Plus Program), with a specific mandate covering design, build, and deployment of SAP Cloud time and absence management capability (SAP CATS). Resolves integration friction between SAP and adjacent HR systems, with Workday integration as active ongoing work. Facilitates requirements and design sessions with the program's systems integrator and owns process design approval for standard HR workstream decisions. Functions as project leadership guiding two individual contributors - no formal people management or performance accountability attached. When stakeholders push for non-standard customizations, this role documents the rationale, builds a fact-based recommendation, and escalates through the program's governance committee at the appropriate decision tier.
Mandatory Requirements:
- 10+ years of ERP transformation experience
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA HCM, SAP CATS, and HR Mini-Master
- A track record of partnering with a systems integrator on requirements and design decisions across HR, IT, and integrator stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to hold a fit-to-standard position against stakeholder pressure to customize, including documenting and escalating issues through governance rather than conceding
- Strong communication skills across VP- and Director-level stakeholders, with the ability to concisely explain technical rationale
- Evidence standard: Every requirement must be explicitly demonstrated in the candidate's job history (employers, projects, deliverables); skills listed only in technical summaries will not qualify
Desired Requirements:
- Workday integration experience (specifically integration points between Workday and SAP)
- Fieldglass and SAP SAM familiarity
- Experience developing or implementing time/absence solutions for field or hourly worker populations
