We are hiring an Organizational Change Manager for our client in Regina, SK
This is a long term contract with possible extensions
Responsibilities
- Assess the magnitude and impact of organizational changes from the current state through implementation.
- Work with project teams, project managers, and business leads to develop OCM strategies and activities.
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions to understand impacts, concerns, and change readiness.
- Develop and maintain OCM documentation and project deliverables.
- Develop Change Management Strategies and Plans, communication plans, sponsor engagement reports, training plans, reinforcement plans, and resistance management plans.
- Conduct readiness assessments and identify risks, issues, and anticipated resistance.
- Develop targeted OCM activities and integrate them into overall project plans.
- Apply the Prosci/ADKAR methodology and OCM best practices.
- Work independently while collaborating effectively with project and business teams.
- Support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement of change management practices.
Required Qualifications
- Prosci/ADKAR certification - mandatory.
- Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise-wide Organizational Change Management initiatives.
- Experience leading change management for IT, digital transformation, or technology projects.
- Experience developing and delivering OCM strategies, plans, communications, training, sponsor engagement, and resistance management.
- Experience conducting change readiness assessments and identifying risks, issues, and resistance.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
- Knowledge of change management frameworks and methodologies.
- Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall project environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience delivering workshops, training, and project updates.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- North American work experience is considered an asset.

- Experience in the gas, energy, or utilities industry.
- Experience with natural gas transmission and storage organizations.
- Knowledge of IT systems and digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience supporting enterprise technology implementations.
- Experience with knowledge sharing and continuous improvement of OCM practices.
