AI Engineer – Agentic AI

Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer with strong expertise in Agentic AI, Generative AI, Microsoft AI technologies, RAG, and AI agent development.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying intelligent AI agents and agentic workflows using modern Microsoft frameworks and technologies. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver scalable, production-ready AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Agentic AI solutions and intelligent AI workflows.
- Build and implement AI agents using modern Microsoft technologies and frameworks, including Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Agent SDKs, RAG, and MCP.
- Develop scalable AI-powered applications using Python.
- Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions for enterprise use cases.
- Build agentic workflows using LangGraph and other modern agent orchestration frameworks.
- Implement Model Context Protocol (MCP) to enable AI agents to securely interact with tools, data sources, and external systems.
- Leverage Cursor AI and other AI-assisted development tools to accelerate application development.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, developers, and other cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective AI solutions.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies.
- Develop proof-of-concepts and transform successful prototypes into production-ready solutions.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and continuously improve AI agents and workflows.
- Ensure AI solutions are scalable, reliable, maintainable, and aligned with business requirements.
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, models, and industry trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience in Agentic AI / Generative AI.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Experience with Azure AI Foundry.
- Experience working with Agents SDK / AI Agent SDKs.
- Strong experience with LangGraph.
- Strong programming experience in Python.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
- Strong understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Experience building and deploying AI agents and multi-agent workflows.
- Experience using Cursor AI or similar AI-assisted development tools.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, and AI orchestration.
- Experience integrating AI agents with enterprise applications, APIs, tools, and data sources.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Azure cloud services and Azure-based AI solutions.
- Knowledge of LLM providers and models such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini.
- Experience with vector databases and enterprise search technologies.
- Knowledge of API integration, REST services, and microservices.
- Experience with AI governance, security, responsible AI, and enterprise AI architecture.
- Experience deploying AI solutions into production environments.
- Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices for AI applications.
