About the Role
This role supports project delivery by coordinating schedules, communications, reporting, documentation, and key activities across business and technical stakeholders. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in keeping projects on track, supporting governance, and preparing teams for key milestones. This job's time zone is Mountain.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project schedules, deadlines, milestones, and deliverables to support timely project execution.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, document decisions, and track follow-up actions.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, records, repositories, and version control.
- Coordinate communication and activities across business teams, IT stakeholders, vendors, and project partners.
- Support project governance by preparing status updates, dashboards, reports, and escalating risks or issues.
- Assist with change management, training coordination, communications, and user readiness activities.
- Support data migration, defect tracking, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live readiness.
- Track project and contractual deliverables to ensure documentation is complete, organized, and accessible.

Qualifications
- Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT project coordination, project support, or a similar role.
Required Skills
- Strong ability to manage timelines, project plans, deliverables, and multiple workstreams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experienced in project documentation, meeting materials, status reporting, and tracking logs.
- Strong communication, organizational, stakeholder management, and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong file management, documentation, and data entry skills.
- Familiarity with IT project management, scheduling, testing, training, and implementation activities.
