Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Associate Lawyer role based in Etobicoke, ON. The Associate Lawyer will manage a diverse caseload in employment law and civil litigation.
Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with clients, assessing claims, advising on strategy, negotiating settlements, and representing clients at hearings, mediations, discoveries, and court appearances.
The role involves collaborating with senior counsel, participating in case strategy meetings, and ensuring files are handled efficiently and in accordance with professional and regulatory standards.
