We're looking for an experienced Bilingual Onboarding Specialist to join our client's private wealth team in Montreal. This is an exciting opportunity that offers a clear path to become a Wealth Advisor .
60-70k Base Salary, Bonus, RRSP, Benefits from Day 1 2 days a week onsite.
What You'll Do:
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process
- Prepare and process client documentation, including account applications and transfer requests.
- Build strong relationships and ensure a positive customer experience
- Answer questions and provide support in both French and English
- Collaborate with internal teams to help clients get set up for success
- Learn valuable customer success, operations, and relationship management skills
What We're Looking For:
- Recent university or college graduate with 1-3 years in financial services
- Completion of the CSC
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Positive attitude and a passion for helping others
