Experience And Skills
Role Requirements:
- Significant Recent SAP Utilities Field Service (FSM)
- Hands-on experience implementing SAP Field Service Management (FSM)
- Deep understanding of SAP PM/CS, service orders, work management, and utility field operations
- Experience with mobile workforce processes, dispatching, and technician workflows
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead workshops with technical and non-technical audiences
