Delta Plumbers Inc. is looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to join our marketing team and help strengthen our organic search presence across Ontario.
This is a full-time, permanent, on-site position at our Concord, Ontario office. We are looking for someone who understands how to improve organic rankings, increase qualified website traffic, and generate leads through effective SEO strategies.

Salary: $20–$25 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and website traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities for service-based and location-based searches.
- Optimize website pages, service pages, location pages, blog content, titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, and other on-page elements.
- Manage and improve Local SEO strategies for multiple service areas.
- Optimize Google Business Profiles and support improvements in local search and Google Maps visibility.
- Perform technical SEO audits and work with the web development team to resolve indexing, crawling, site structure, page speed, schema, and other technical issues.
- Develop effective internal linking and website architecture strategies.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify keyword and content gaps.
- Plan and execute ethical off-page SEO and link-building strategies.
- Monitor rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and overall SEO performance.
- Work with content writers to develop SEO-focused service pages, location pages, blogs, and other website content.
- Use Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Semrush and other SEO tools to analyze performance and identify opportunities.
- Monitor algorithm updates and adjust SEO strategies when required.
- Prepare regular SEO performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
- Focus on generating qualified organic leads, not simply increasing traffic.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven hands-on experience in SEO and organic search.
- Strong understanding of Local SEO.
- Experience optimizing websites for competitive local search terms.
- Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Experience with Google Business Profile optimization.
- Working knowledge of Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog or similar platforms.
- Understanding of WordPress and basic website optimization.
- Strong keyword research and competitor analysis skills.
- Ability to analyze SEO data and turn findings into actionable strategies.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Experience with home-service, plumbing, HVAC or other local service businesses is considered an asset.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of SEO initiatives and demonstrate measurable improvements in organic visibility, keyword rankings, traffic and lead generation.
This is not a remote position. The successful candidate will work on-site with the Delta Plumbers team in Concord, Ontario.
