Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of large-scale, multi-disciplinary testing experience
- A minimum of 1-year experience using a Web Testing Automation Framework (such as Selenium WebDriver, Codeception or Behat)
- Experience with Software Performance Testing Frameworks (such as Gatling, Locust or JMeter) is a plus
- Solid understanding of performance in QA processes, software development lifecycle with ability to apply that knowledge to daily operation
- Experience in testing RESTful web APIs
- Experience in testing web applications
- Able to put the right level of focus on different requirements based on the priorities of the company
- Able to work in both an Agile & Kanban environment
- Fluent in English
- Nice to have – ISTQB Foundation Level Certification would be a plus
THE ROLE
- Build automated functional and acceptance tests using Web Testing Automation Frameworks (such as Selenium WebDriver, Codeception or Behat) for the company’s web applications & APIs
- Build automated load tests with Software Performance Testing Frameworks (such as Gatling, Locust or JMeter)
- Work close with the development team and the business to understand how to implement the automated tests
- Document business and functional requirements for the implemented automated tests
- Acquire in depth business and technical knowledge of the products under test
- Analyse business requirements, design tests, implement tests, analyse the testing results
- Generate test reports indicating the testing results and recommendations about product stability
- Inspire a customer perceived value way of looking on the product specifications
