This is a senior commercial leadership position responsible for the health, growth, and strategic development of Deltatre’s most significant client relationships in North America.
Account Management at Deltatre is not a passive function. Our clients are sophisticated organisations operating at the intersection of sport, media, and technology. They expect a commercial partner who understands their business, anticipates their needs, and brings the full weight of Deltatre’s capability to bear on their challenges. That is what this role is responsible for delivering.
You own a portfolio of strategic accounts, and be accountable for net revenue retention and expansion across that base.
What you'll do
Client Leadership
- Own and develop executive-level relationships across a portfolio of Deltatre’s most strategic North American accounts
- Drive commercial outcomes - renewal, upsell, cross-sell - fully owning these workstreams with a clear understanding of each client’s business model, roadmap, and decision-making structure.
- Present to clients - through regular on-site visits and executive meetings - to deepen relationships, demonstrate value, and maximise upsell opportunities
- Serve as the escalation point and trusted senior contact when client relationships require it
Commercial Strategy
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Delivery to ensure the account base is well-served and commercially optimised
- Contribute to revenue forecasting and account planning with accuracy and discipline
- Identify patterns across the portfolio - risks, opportunities, whitespace - and translate them into actionable strategy
Own and deliver against defined KPIs for account growth, renewal performance, and upsells.
Requirements
Experience
- Significant experience in a senior account management or customer success leadership role within enterprise technology - ideally in sports tech, media tech, streaming, or SaaS
- A demonstrable track record of growing complex, multi-stakeholder accounts over sustained periods
- Experience presenting to senior stakeholders at all levels, both internally and with clients
- Proven record of achieving commercial targets - including revenue growth, renewal rates, and upsell performance - at both individual and team level
Skills & Approach
- Commercially sharp - you understand P&L thinking, contract structures, and how to build a business case that lands with a CFO as well as a CTO
- Relationship depth over breadth - you build trust slowly and deliberately, and clients notice the difference
- Clear communicator at all levels, from technical delivery teams to C-suite sponsors
- Comfortable operating in a company where the product is complex, the clients are demanding, and the margin for error in live environments is near zero
Deltatre’s client base is not a list of logos - it is a network of long-standing partnerships with organisations that take sport seriously. For a senior commercial leader, that means real relationships, complex problems worth solving, and the credibility that comes from working with the brands that define the industry.
This is also a moment of significant scale for Deltatre. The Endeavor Streaming acquisition has expanded our platform and our footprint. The North American market is central to where we grow next. This role will have visibility and impact that reflects that.
A note on fit:
We want to be direct: this role suits someone who finds genuine satisfaction in long-cycle relationship work - not someone whose primary instinct is to hunt new logos. If your best professional experiences have come from taking an account from contract signature to five-year strategic partner, that is the instinct we are hiring for.
Process and what to expect
The salary range for this role is set in between USD 170,000 and USD 185,000, plus Commission.
