Multi-Office Dental Recall Coordinator / Experienced Dental Office Administrator
Dental Square Group – Brampton, Ontario
Full-time: 35+ hours per week
Dental Square Group is seeking an experienced, dependable professional to join our team in a patient-care and practice-coordination role supporting patient retention, scheduling, and daily operations at both of our Brampton offices. The ideal candidate is highly organized, an effective communicator, and committed to delivering exceptional patient service.
Locations
- 8920 Hwy 50, Brampton
- 695 Remembrance Road, Brampton
A reliable vehicle and the ability to commute between both offices are strongly preferred.
Schedule
This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 35 hours per week, with availability during the following hours:
- Weekdays between 11:00 AM and 8:00 PM
- All Saturdays: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- One Sunday per month: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Manage patient recalls, reactivation campaigns, follow-ups, confirmations, and overdue appointments
- Communicate with patients professionally and promptly to help them remain on track with their dental care
- Maintain an accurate, productive, and well-organized appointment schedule
- Support a positive patient experience through excellent telephone and interpersonal communication skills
- Assist with dental duties as required; approximately 10–20% of the role may involve dental assisting
Required Qualifications
- Minimum two years of Canadian dental-office experience; mandatory
- Experience with patient recall, reactivation, and scheduling
- Strong communication, telephone, and organizational skills
- Ability to work confidently at both Brampton locations
- Reliable transportation between offices, strongly preferred
- Canadian RDA certification or, at minimum, HARP certification is required
- Interest in building a long-term career with Dental Square Group after successfully completing the probationary period
