The Opportunity;
The Senior Analyst, Strategic Finance will report to the Director, Corporate Development and work closely with leaders across Finance, Business Intelligence, and Operations. It is a unique opportunity to be exposed to senior leadership and collaborate with other departments on the company's most important strategic, operational, and financial initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting executive decision-making through financial analysis, business case development, forecasting, and performance insights.
As an Senior Analyst, you will:
Build financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic initiatives, capital allocation decisions, and operational improvement opportunities.
Partner with Operations, FP&A Business Partners, Business Intelligence, and clinic leadership teams to understand business performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Develop and maintain forecasting models, business cases, and financial analyses supporting annual strategic planning, budgeting, and rolling forecasts.
Analyze clinic, regional, and service-line performance, including revenue drivers, productivity, profitability, and return on investment.
Support strategic initiatives related to pricing, clinic network optimization, incentive programs, cost management, and business growth.
Turn financial and operational data into clear conclusions, recommendations, and next steps.
Prepare concise, executive-ready presentations for senior leadership and the Board.
Take ownership of special projects and analyses supporting operational and financial decision-making.
Perform other ad-hoc tasks supporting the Corporate Development team and broader Finance team, as required.

Experience and Technical Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will also have:
3-5 years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, transaction services, accounting, or another analytical finance role.
Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and quantitative analysis capabilities.
The ability to translate complex financial and operational information into clear insights and recommendations
Strong business acumen and an interest in understanding the drivers of business performance.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
The ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines.
An undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related discipline.
A completed (or in-progress) professional designation such as a CPA, a CFA, or other.
