We’re building an AI-powered financial infrastructure and orchestration platform that enables fintechs, banks and financial platforms to make their existing systems AI-accessible.
We’re looking for a hands-on CTO who can architect and build the technology from the ground up. Please note that this is an equity based role.
You should have:
- 7+ years of strong software engineering/architecture experience
- Deep experience in fintech, banking, payments or financial infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of APIs, distributed systems, cloud and security
- Experience with AI/LLMs, agentic systems and tool orchestration
- Strong understanding of transaction processing, authentication and authorization
- Ability to build and lead a small, highly technical engineering team
This is not a management-only role. We need a technical builder who can turn a complex vision into scalable, secure infrastructure.
