Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role located in Fort Erie, ON. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries, providing exceptional customer support, managing customer accounts, addressing concerns to ensure customer satisfaction, and delivering a quality customer experience. The Customer Service Representative will also resolve issues in a professional manner while maintaining a positive and empathetic approach to support clients effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Support
- Ability to enhance Customer Experience and positively interact with clients
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in multitasking and managing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in insurance or financial services is an asset
