Dexel

Dexel is a design-build developer, providing integrated solutions throughout the lifespan of the project. It is responsible for all aspects of a project’s development, from the preliminary design right on through to the final building commissioning. This process ensures that quality control is maintained from start to finish, as well as the ongoing property management.

Dexel Developments Limited (Dexel) is proud to be one of Halifax’s (HRM) premier mixed-use residential developers. Grounded in strong community values, we bring integrity, creativity and vision to our neighbourhoods. Dexel believes that good planning and design are the pillars of a healthy and vibrant society. As developers, Dexel is highly acclaimed by HRM residents for exceptional urban development.

With our soul focus on residential developments since 1999, Dexel’s mission to be an urban regenerator has been proven in the revitalization of properties in downtown Halifax and Dartmouth. Tirelessly working toward this goal, Dexel looks forward to bringing more vibrancy and sustainability to HRM by attracting people to live in the urban core.

Dexel operates with the vision that the properties we build don’t belong to this generation, they belong to city’s future.
