Job Title: Estate Processing Officer
Location: Mississauga, ON (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 months contract (with possibility of extension/conversion)
Summary of the Role
The role will involve working on VISA redemption requests and ad hoc tasks, reviewing files, and supporting administrative activities. The position requires strong administrative skills and an understanding of retail banking. The candidate will also be responsible for estate document review and handling related documentation.
Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Work on requests for VISA redemption.
- Complete ad hoc tasks as required.
- Review files and related documentation.
- Perform administrative activities and provide strong administrative support.
- Review estate documentation.
- Work with different processes as required and adapt to process changes.
- Apply knowledge of retail banking products and policies when handling requests.
- Communicate effectively and maintain a strong customer service mindset.
MUST-HAVE Hard Skills
1. Banking / Financial Experience
- 2–4 years of banking/financial experience, specifically in retail banking.
- Familiarity with banking products and policies is very helpful and a strong asset.
2. MS 365 Proficiency
- Proficiency in MS 365, including:
- MS Word
- MS Outlook
- MS Excel
3. Strong Administrative Background
- 2–4 years of strong administrative experience.
- Strong administrative skills and ability to manage different processes as required.
NICE-TO-HAVE
- Experience with estate documentation review.
- Experience with legal document review.
