Development Position
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with demonstrable experience as a Full-Stack Developer transitioning into an FDE-style, customer-facing delivery role.
- Expert-level proficiency in Java (Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, REST/gRPC APIs) and/or strong production experience in Python (FastAPI/Flask, data processing libraries).
- Ability to work across both Java and Python codebases, or demonstrated ability to ramp up quickly on the second language.
- Hands-on experience with Tekton/OpenShift Pipelines and Jenkins for CI/CD pipeline design and management.
- Strong database expertise across Oracle Database, MS SQL Server, and MongoDB, including performance tuning and schema design.
- Demonstrated knowledge of DevOps practices: containerization (Docker/OpenShift/Kubernetes), infrastructure as code, and cloud deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP - at least one).
- Excellent communication, technical writing, and stakeholder management skills; comfortable working directly with business stakeholders.
- High agency, ownership mindset, and comfort operating with ambiguity in fast-paced client-facing environments.
