Job Title: Wealth Operations Analyst
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 months contract (with possibility of extension/conversion)
Summary of the Role
The contractor will support the Wealth Line of Business (LOB) with cash-in and cash-out requests. The role involves processing requests across various applications and handling high-volume transaction processing within established SLAs.
The contractor will interact with internal stakeholders only and will have access to customer data.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Wealth LOB with cash-in and cash-out requests.
- Process transaction requests using various applications.
- Handle high-volume transaction processing.
- Process requests within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Review documents carefully to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Manage and work with Excel spreadsheets.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when processing transactions and reviewing documentation.
Must-Have Skills
- 2–4 years of banking/financial services experience.
- Customer service experience.
- MS 365 proficiency, including:
- Experience with Excel spreadsheet management.
