We run PracticalyAI - an AI education brand with 200K+ followers, a daily newsletter, and a community of entrepreneurs learning to build with AI. I'm hiring someone to own the member experience.
What you'll actually do:
- Design what a new member's first week feels like - the welcome, the first win, the moment they decide to stay
- Run the live side of the community: workshop logistics, Q&A follow-ups, keeping sessions worth showing up for
- Own comments and DMs across our channels - reply fast, in our voice, and flag what the audience is struggling with
- Create rituals and moments that get members participating instead of lurking (you've done this before - it's rush week, initiation, and chapter meetings, just online)
- Track what's working and run small experiments every week
You're probably a fit if:
- You graduated recently (or are about to) and held a real leadership role in a club, fraternity, sorority, or student org - you planned events, recruited members, and kept people engaged
- You're in Vancouver or can be here for hybrid work
- You use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, whatever) out of curiosity, not because a class made you
- You write the way you talk - warm, fast, zero corporate-speak
- You get energy from making people feel like they belong
