The Challenge

As part of our tight-knit team you’ll play an integral role in creating experiences that don’t just engage the end user, but completely blow them away.

What You’ll do:

Over the first 3-6 months you will:

Manage paid media campaigns across a range of clients and industries including but not limited to Retail/E-commerce, Transportation, Financial Services, Industrial Equipment, and more:

Use your knowledge and hands-on experience within performance marketing platforms to create campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, Stack Adapt etc.
Apply your expertise in performance marketing, conversion optimization and customer acquisition to drive success across all client accounts
Implement day-to-day campaign optimizations and budget pacing to achieve account and campaign-specific targets
Set up and manage website pixels, tags and test conversions across new accounts and channels to track performance accurately
Report and confidently communicate account performance, providing useful insights, learnings and recommendations, including responding to client questions as they come up
Bring strong prioritization and communication skills, proactively keeping stakeholders informed and refining your approach to ensure alignment across teams

Be instrumental in the success and growth of DIJGTAL and our various partnerships:

Bring your ideas to the table with creative ways to prospect and retarget customers through relevant paid media channels
Collaborate with the wider marketing and creative teams to provide insights on high-performing ad creatives and guide the optimisation of content that resonates with the target audience

Ongoing:

Analyze and report on campaign performance through root cause analysis, leveraging reporting tools (Agency Analytics, GA4, etc.) highlighting key trends and actionable insights
Monitor and optimize campaigns against account objectives and performance targets, proactively identifying opportunities to scale growth. Use performance data to recommend and implement campaign improvements that drive stronger results and growth
Use data to uncover performance opportunities, dig deeper when something doesn’t add up and trust your instincts to challenge assumptions
Keep up to date with the ever-changing digital landscape including trends and technology - finding new ways to learn and up-skill
Employ a test-and-learn approach, running A/B tests and multivariate experiments to refine strategies and achieve better results
Manage budgets effectively, knowing when to scale and where to push opportunities for maximum ROI
Plan and execute paid media strategies that align with broader marketing goals, integrating with lifecycle, social, and content teams
Work with content, creative, and organic social teams globally to develop unique campaign concepts and ads that take performance tactics to the next level
Support across all marketing functions including lifecycle, organic social, and client communications, building versatile skills as a cross-functional specialist
