Who You Are
The Enterprise Application Administrator owns the administration, configuration, and lifecycle of DIRTT's core business applications. You are the technical authority and escalation point for these platforms across corporate and manufacturing environments, responsible for their reliability, security, integrations, and alignment with business needs.
The role works closely with business owners in Sales, Customer Support, Product Development, and Finance to translate requirements into configuration, manage change, and keep each platform supportable.
What You’ll Do
CRM and Customer Support (Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Administer Salesforce: users, profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and Flows.
- Administer Zendesk: agents, groups, ticket forms, triggers, automations, macros, SLAs, and Help Center configuration.
- Manage integrations between Salesforce, Zendesk, and other business systems, including connected apps, API users, and data synchronization.
- Maintain reports, dashboards, and data quality processes, including imports, deduplication, and cleanup.
- Plan and test Salesforce release updates and manage deployments between sandbox and production.
Engineering and Design (PTC Windchill, Autodesk)
- Administer PTC Windchill: users, groups, contexts, lifecycles, workflows, access control policies, and system configuration.
- Support CAD data management, including Windchill Workgroup Manager integration with Autodesk Inventor.
- Plan and execute Windchill upgrades, patches, and test environment refreshes in partnership with PTC and internal stakeholders.
- Manage Autodesk licensing, user assignment, deployment packages, and version standards through Autodesk Account and endpoint management tools.
Application Operations
- Own identity integration for all supported applications, including SSO (SAML/OIDC) with Microsoft Entra ID and automated user provisioning and deprovisioning.
- Perform periodic access reviews and support audit and compliance requests in partnership with Cybersecurity and GRC.
- Manage vendor relationships, support cases, license counts, renewals, and roadmap reviews for supported applications.
- Maintain documentation for configuration, integrations, runbooks, and administrator procedures.
- Act as the escalation point for application incidents from the helpdesk, and train helpdesk staff on first-line support for each platform.
- Gather requirements from business stakeholders and deliver configuration changes, enhancements, and small projects.
- Participate in IT projects and application implementations, migrations, and retirements.
- Participate in after-hours maintenance and on-call for critical application outages.
- Additional duties may be assigned that are reasonably related to the role. Responsibilities may be adjusted or reprioritized in response to evolving business needs, technology, and organizational priorities, while maintaining alignment with the overall scope, purpose, and responsibilities of the position.
