You have: * Previous experience in construction, renovation, restoration, or project management. * Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial construction processes. * Excellent organizational and time-management skills. * Strong communication and customer-service abilities. * The ability to read and understand scopes of work, estimates, drawings, and project documentation. * Experience coordinating subcontractors and trades. * Strong attention to detail and financial awareness. * The ability to work independently while also being an effective team member. * A calm, professional approach when dealing with customers and challenging situations. * Strong computer skills and the ability to learn industry-specific software. * A valid driver's license and reliable transportation. *Experience in insurance restoration, emergency services, or working directly with insurance claims and adjusters is considered a strong asset.* What Success Looks Like A successful Project Manager understands that restoration is about more than rebuilding a property?it?s about *helping people through a difficult situation*.
