FINANCIAL ANALYST - MANUFACTURING

Are you someone who needs to understand what's really happening behind the numbers?
And you don't enjoy spending your entire day behind a desk. You're in the plant talking with leadership, observing processes, double-checking inventory, asking questions and connecting what you're seeing on paper to what is actually happening on the floor.
In this role, you'll support multiple manufacturing operations, working closely with the Controller and plant leadership across the business. You'll be involved in forecasting and planning, analyzing manufacturing costs, margins, inventory, operational performance and handling month-end accounting.
And your voice will matter.
You'll bring your real-world experience and financial insight to the table in a way that has a positive impact on the business. You'll dig into what happened, why it happened, what it means for the business and, most importantly - what should we do about it?
We're looking for someone with approximately 5+ years of progressive accounting and financial analysis experience in manufacturing who understands the relationship between finance and operations.
You'll bring a strong accounting foundation along with experience in costing, inventory, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis. Advanced Excel and ERP experience are important. Understanding of manufacturing is a must.

You're curious. You're a self-starter. You're comfortable asking questions and challenging assumptions. You collaborate well with operations while being confident enough to stand behind your analysis.
And you'd much rather go see what's happening for yourself than sit at your desk wondering why the numbers don't make sense.
What You Bring
- 5+ years' accounting/financial experience in manufacturing.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, preferred.
- Strong understanding of costing, inventory and month-end accounting.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter who works well across finance, operations and plant leadership.
Assets: CPA/CMA/MBA, Sage 300, Power BI/Tableau, multi-entity/multi-currency reporting and standard costing.
