Job Overview:
We are in search of a reliable Technician Support who can proficiently carry out
different remodeling and maintenance tasks on our properties. You should
possess the ability to lift at least 50 lbs and be proficient in handling
hand and power tools. Prior experience as an electrician or carpenter would
be an added advantage.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Project coordination
· Developing system road maps
· Project oversight
· Requirements analysis
· Managing lifecycle design and deployments
· Requirements decomposition
· Systems design
· Model based development system design
· Systems integration
· Customer interaction
· Budget/schedule responsibility
· Track meetings and provide required reporting.
- Perform

Required Skills/Abilities:
· Previous
technical/installation experience in building automation
· Previous
technical/installation experience in building Fire and Security
· Business
development, ability to educate clients on Honeywell systems and products.
· Strong knowledge, understanding, and
implementation of Windows Operating systems.
· Ability to
manage virtual environments.
· Computer science
· Bilingual (French & English)
· Previous customer service experience
· Good written and oral communication
· Ability to follow instructions and identify
mistakes
· Good presentation skills
· Networking Experience
· Database administration
· Knowledge of ICT/Cybersecurity fundamentals,
Intermediate to Advanced computer skills
· Demonstrated experience in organizing and
directing work activities according to priorities, and to meet deadlines
involving multiple systems projects and vendors.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
and the ability to develop innovative and creative solutions in a complex
multiple system environment.
· Previous exposure to a site base, construction
environment
· Project management experience.
Working Conditions:
This role requires work onsite at an
Office in Ottawa, Ontario. This position generally works Monday to Friday, 7:00am
to 3:30pm Eastern time.
