We are seeking a Casual Dining Server who enjoys delivering warm, attentive service in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a clean, welcoming dining room. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will also support the team to create memorable guest experiences.
If you take pride in delivering friendly, professional service, maintaining an immaculate dining environment, supporting your teammates, and representing Donalda Club with care, accuracy, and professionalism in every guest interaction, we want you on our team.
Please note that Donalda Club is a non-tipping environment.
What You'll be doing:
- Delivering friendly, professional food and beverage service
- Preparing dining areas before service, including table setup, buffet preparation, and restocking condiments
- Staying knowledgeable about daily specials, menu items, ingredients, and fitness offerings
- Keeping tables, service stations, glassware, and cutlery clean and polished
- Accurately entering orders and member information into the JONAS system
- Handling guest and member concerns with professionalism and care
- Opening and closing the dining room according to standards
- Representing Donalda Club with pride by following dress code and service standards
- Pitching in with other tasks as needed teamwork makes the dream work!
What We're Looking for:
- Completion of High School (Grade 12) & Post-Secondary in Hospitality preferred
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant or banquet service experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older to serve alcohol
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of wine service is an asset
- Experience with P.O.S. systems (JONAS) is an asset
- Smart Serve Certificate (required)
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Well-groomed, mannerly, and guest-focused

Compensation: The expected compensation range for this role is $18.00 - $23.00 per hour. Placement within the range will be based on demonstrated skills, relevant experience, and internal equity considerations.
