As an Account Administrator for our Personal Lines team, you will provide administrative support to our team of Personal Line insurance brokers and their clients, ensure accurate processing, documentation and maintenance of client accounts. This role will ensure that clients' first interactions and impressions are positive.
What You Will Do -
- Provide administrative support to our team of Personal Line brokers in their day-to-day tasks
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in person or by telephone or e-mail
- Maintain and update client records, including documents related to payments, claim status and incoming documents
- Process renewals and endorsements
- Other administrative duties as required
What You Bring to the Team –
- Completion of High School Diploma or equivalency
- Previous customer service experience
- Previous experience in an office setting is an asset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organization skills with a focus on attention to detail
- Drive and motivation for personal growth
