WE’RE HIRING | CABINET ASSEMBLER
Dream House Improvement is expanding our production team, and we are currently seeking an experienced and dependable Cabinet Assembler to join us on a full-time basis at our facility in Concord, Ontario.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and takes pride in producing high-quality work in a professional manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble custom cabinets and components according to drawings, measurements, and specifications
- Accurately read and follow technical drawings and assembly instructions
- Safely and efficiently operate hand and power tools
- Install hinges, drawer systems, handles, and other cabinet hardware
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality, accuracy, and proper fit and finish
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Collaborate with the production team to maintain quality standards and meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Previous experience in cabinet assembly, millwork, woodworking, or cabinet manufacturing is preferred
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Ability to accurately read measurements and follow drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced production environment
