We are seeking a LPN to become an important member of the medical team for our clients. This position plays an important role in the overall success of the organization and requires professionalism, accuracy, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and flexibility in working hours.

DriverCheck conducts over 250,000 medical tests annually, offering alcohol and drug testing, occupational health services, fatigue management, and injury management programs.
The primary focus of the Registered Practical Nurse is to complete nursing duties in an occupational health setting in DriverCheck Clinics or on client sites to help determine Fitness-for-Duty. You will be responsible to work in conjunction with the Regional Manager and Clinic Supervisors.
Key Responsibilities
- Drug and alcohol testing
- Audiometric testing
- Nurse medicals
- Spirometry testing
- Respirator fit test
- Physical abilities testing
- Cognitive assessments as a part of a Fitness-to-Drive program
- COVID-19 Screening and Testing
- Influenza clinics
- Organize and maintain paperwork flow and process
- Customer service and relations as appropriate
- Other duties, as assigned

What you need to be successful in the role:
- In good standing with CRNA
- 1-2 years of working in an occupational setting would be an asset
- Alcohol and drug testing experience would be an asset
- Manage sensitive, confidential information while displaying sound and objective judgment
- Be responsible for maintaining accurate and confidential medical records, in accordance with established medical records protocol
- Maintain employee confidences by keeping employee health information confidential
- Demonstrate excellent critical thinking, decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Collaborates with the employee and appropriate leaders to recommend worker placement or job limitations
- Safety boots required
