Original job description

Regional Sales Manager - Come Build a Sales Team You're Proud Of
If you'd rather build a great sales team than just be the best rep on one, we want to talk to you. We're looking for a Regional Sales Manager whose real talent is coaching - someone who takes pride in watching a rep close their first big deal because of the work you put in with them, not just your own numbers.
What You'll Actually Be Doing

Coaching, not just managing. Weekly one-on-ones, joint customer calls, real feedback - you'll be in the field with your team, not just reviewing their pipeline from a spreadsheet.
Building the playbook. Design onboarding for new hires and structured coaching frameworks so your team's success doesn't depend on tribal knowledge.
Owning key customer relationships and partnering with Marketing to build local campaigns and events that actually move the needle.
Reading the market - forecasting, coverage planning and staying ahead of where the business is heading.

What We're Looking For

A track record of developing people - reps who got better, faster and stayed longer because of you.
Experience designing or running sales training, onboarding, or coaching programs
10+ years in sales and/or marketing leadership.
Building materials or construction-adjacent B2B experience is a strong asset - windows and doors knowledge specifically is nice to have, not a dealbreaker.
Comfort with CRM tools and the discipline to actually use them.

Why This Role

You'll build something: a real training and coaching program, from the ground up, for a growing regional team.
$130K+ on-target earnings, based on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
Real room to grow within an established industry leader - this is a role for someone who wants to build a career, not just fill a seat.

If you've ever said "my job is to make my team better than me" - we should talk.

WHY JOIN DURABUILT?

We are committed to building with purpose:

INNOVATIVE – Join a team that continually seeks to improve and create value
ACCOUNTABLE – We stand behind our work, our people, and our brand
CARING – We genuinely support each other, our customers, and our communities
GROWTH-MINDED – We invest in your professional development and expect excellence

We believe in diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunity for all. We welcome applicants from every background, experience, and identity.

Thank you for your interest in joining Durabuilt Windows & Doors!
