$55,444.68 – $64,508.80
Position Summary
The Team Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and clerical support to a Service Team in accordance with agency policies and procedures. This includes supporting the Team Supervisor and team members; receiving, documenting, and responding to inquiries; scheduling and coordinating appointments; maintaining and accessing client records; and completing a variety of administrative functions to support effective team operations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Strong proficiency in general office administration, including word processing and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Minimum 6 months of related experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain confidentiality, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in a second language is an asset
Additional Information
Candidates must undergo and successfully pass a background check before an offer of employment may be made. Proof of education is required.
This position is an existing position that will be vacant due to retirement. Durham Children’s Aid Society does not utilize Artificial Intelligence for the screening and selection of candidates.
