Role Description The Office Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ajax, ON, responsible for overseeing day-to-day office operations and ensuring a professional, efficient work environment. The role involves managing phone and email communications, greeting visitors, and supporting mortgage agents with document preparation and scheduling.
