The Corporate Services Representative supports the efficient delivery of corporate, secured lending, and due diligence services within the Operations team. This role coordinates searches and registrations across multiple jurisdictions and registry systems, including corporate registries, NUANS, and Personal Property Registry (PPR) platforms. The incumbent manages orders from intake through completion, responds to client and internal inquiries, and works with registries and third-party agents to ensure accurate and timely service delivery in accordance with established service level agreements (SLAs) and client deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and coordinate corporate, secured lending, and due diligence searches and registrations across applicable jurisdictions and registries.
- Review work orders, client instructions, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with client requirements and deadlines.
- Manage orders from initiation through completion while meeting established SLAs and proactively identifying risks to delivery timelines.
- Communicate professionally with clients to obtain missing information, clarify instructions, resolve discrepancies, and provide status updates.
- Respond to client and internal support inquiries, resolving first-level order and platform issues and escalating complex matters when required.
- Coordinate service quotations and order fulfillment activities with registries and third-party agents, ensuring timely and accurate results.
- Prepare invoices and maintain complete and accurate order records in accordance with departmental procedures.
- Utilize internal ticketing systems to document correspondence, actions taken, and order status updates.
- Maintain knowledge of company services, fulfillment processes, registry requirements, and service standards.
- Identify opportunities to promote relevant Dye & Durham products and services, including eCORE™.
- Contribute to process improvements, procedural documentation, and departmental initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, provide coverage support as needed, and participate in training and professional development opportunities.
- Demonstrate Dye & Durham’s core values in all interactions with clients, colleagues, agents, and external stakeholders.
- Prepare courier packages, process mailings, and perform related administrative duties as required.

- Experience in corporate services, registry searches and registrations, legal administration, or a related client service environment is considered an asset.
- Familiarity with corporate registries, NUANS, PPSA searches and registrations, and eCORE™ is considered an asset.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems, tools, and emerging technologies.
- Understanding of service standards, operational procedures, and client-focused service delivery principles.

In line with the amended Employment Standards Act 2000, the salary range for this role is up to: $62K, dependent on assessment of skills during the interview process.
