Responsibilities
Define product direction and deliver software or digital products and capabilities that users value and adopt. Translate business needs into requirements, manage and prioritize the Agile product backlog, and facilitate discovery, process-mapping, training, and decision-making sessions with stakeholders.
Requirements
Requires 7+ years of progressive experience in product ownership, product management, or a similar role, along with strong knowledge of insurance operations and terminology. Candidates should be skilled in requirements definition, Agile backlog management, stakeholder facilitation, data mapping and APIs, and productivity tools including AI tools and Microsoft Office.
