What began as a vision to practise immigration with integrity, strategy, and heart has grown into a busy practice advocating for individuals, families, employers, and futures every single day.
We are now looking for a dedicated Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) to join our team onsite in Windsor, Ontario.
Let’s be clear: this is not a role where you simply fill forms, upload documents, and hope for the best.
At Earnest, we ask questions. We verify facts. We study the law. We review everything - sometimes twice, sometimes three times, and occasionally one more time because an address was missing from 2017. 😊
We handle diverse and complex immigration matters, and we believe in doing things properly, ethically, and strategically - even when the easier option is tempting.
You may be the right fit if you:
- Are an RCIC in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants
- Have experience with temporary and permanent residence applications
- Understand that “almost correct” is still not correct
- Pay attention to details, deadlines, and client communication
- Are accountable, professional, and comfortable taking ownership of your work
- Believe clients deserve honest advice - not false promises wrapped in fancy words
- Want to keep learning, growing, and strengthening your immigration practice
- Can work collaboratively and leave your ego at the door - but please bring your coffee ☕
