This role is crucial in ensuring seamless service delivery, building a safe, competent, and sustainable caregiver workforce, and upholding our commitment to excellence within the region.

As an LPN, you bring clinical authority and practical nursing leadership to frontline operations, ensuring caregivers understand expectations, operate safely within their non-medical scope of practice, and receive immediate support when working independently in client homes.
