Role Description The Accounting Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based at Eastside Kia in Calgary, AB. This position supports the accounting and finance team with day-to-day tasks such as processing invoices, recording payments, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records. The role includes assisting with accounts payable and receivable, preparing basic financial reports, and helping with month-end and year-end procedures. The Accounting Assistant will also handle data entry, organize documentation, respond to internal and external inquiries, and collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth dealership operations.

- Relevant post-secondary education in accounting, finance, or business administration is preferred.
- Previous experience in an accounting or administrative support role, ideally within automotive or retail, is an asset.
- Ability to work on-site in Calgary, AB, maintain confidentiality, and uphold professional and ethical standards.
