Director of Corporate Services (Confidential Search)

Salary: $105,000 - $115,000 + Pension and Benefits
EDGEPATH Talent Solutions is leading this confidential search on behalf of our client.
Our client is a community-based social services organization in Eastern Ontario, searching for a Director of Corporate Services.
The Role
Reporting to the CEO and sitting on the Senior Leadership Team, the Director leads the organization's corporate functions, including finance, human resources, IT, quality and risk, and facilities. It is a hands-on leadership role in a publicly funded environment. You will oversee a multi-million-dollar operating budget, lead funder reporting and accreditation readiness, and build direct, trusting relationships with staff across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- A Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
- 7 to 10 years of progressive management experience, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple corporate functions (Finance, HR, IT, Quality).
- Experience in community social services or the non-profit sector.
- A proven track record managing employee relations, policy development, and compensation.
- Strong working knowledge of the Ontario ESA, OHSA, Human Rights Code, Pay Equity Act, and PHIPA.
- Experience with accreditation, quality improvement, and risk management frameworks.
- Comfort with financial systems, HRIS, EMR platforms, and Microsoft 365, plus experience overseeing IT vendors or internal IT staff.
- High emotional intelligence, strong relationship-building skills, and a demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and anti-racism.
