*Telecommunications Manager* Location: Calgary, Alberta Position: Full-Time Industry: Telecommunications / Fibre / Copper / Internet Services We are looking for an experienced and motivated Telecommunications Manager to lead and support our field technician team. Key Responsibilities * Lead and support telecommunications sales initiatives, with a strong focus on TSP sales. * Use your sales experience to coach, train, and mentor technicians on effective sales techniques. * Educate technicians on how to identify customer needs and recommend the right telecommunications products and services. * Help technicians build confidence in presenting and explaining products, promotions, and available services to customers. * Monitor individual and team sales performance and provide coaching to improve results. * Develop strategies to increase sales opportunities while maintaining excellent customer service. * Work closely with technicians to identify challenges and provide practical solutions to improve sales performance. Qualifications \* Previous management or leadership experience in telecommunications. \* Strong knowledge of fibre, Internet, TV, and telecommunications installations. \* Experience managing field technicians is an asset. \* Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. \* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. \* Valid driver?s licence and ability to travel between work locations when required.
