EffiQ is looking for a 360° Business Development Executive to build and grow our Supply Chain Technology Staffing & Staff Augmentation business across North America.
EffiQ works with Big 4 consulting firms, system integrators and enterprise clients, providing experienced Supply Chain Technology professionals across WMS, TMS, OMS, ERP and Supply Chain Planning.
This is a commission-heavy, performance-driven role with significant earning potential for someone who can build relationships, win new clients, develop requirements and drive placements.
What You'll Do
- Own the full 360° staffing lifecycle - prospecting, client acquisition, requirement generation, candidate sourcing, submissions, interviews, negotiations, placements and account growth.
- Develop new clients across 3PL, retail, manufacturing, distribution and logistics.
- Build relationships with senior Supply Chain, IT and Operations leaders and identify opportunities for technology professionals and project-based resources.
- Build and manage relationships with Big 4 consulting firms, SIs and supply chain consulting partners to develop joint opportunities, preferred-vendor relationships and resource partnerships.
- Leverage EffiQ's existing relationships and vendor ecosystem with Big 4 consulting firms to identify subcontracting, staff augmentation and project-resource opportunities.
- Develop new direct-client and partner accounts and expand existing accounts through repeat placements and resource growth.
- Work closely with EffiQ's delivery and recruiting teams to ensure requirements are fulfilled with the right senior resources.
What We're Looking For
- Proven staffing / recruitment sales experience, preferably within technology, consulting or professional services.
- Experience selling technology staffing, consulting or professional services.
- Existing network within Supply Chain, Logistics, Enterprise Technology, Big 4 firms or System Integrators is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology and/or supply chain environments is an advantage.
- Entrepreneurial and self-directed.
