Role Description The Executive Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lagos. This role supports senior leadership by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports. The Executive Assistant will handle correspondence, organize documents, maintain files, and ensure timely follow-up on action items. Daily tasks include drafting and editing communications, preparing presentations and reports, and coordinating internal and external meetings and events. The role also involves managing office-related administrative tasks, maintaining confidentiality, and serving as a reliable point of contact between executives and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong executive administrative assistance and executive support skills, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
- Proficiency in handling expense reports and other financial-related administrative tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Solid administrative assistance capabilities, including document management, filing, and office organization.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Proficiency with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) and basic report preparation.
- Previous experience supporting senior leaders or executives; experience in professional services or leadership development environments is an advantage.
- Relevant post-secondary education (e.g., business administration or related field) or equivalent practical experience.
