You move quickly, stay organized, and know when to deliver the work yourself and when to bring in the right expertise. You give contributors clear direction, follow through on details, and take responsibility for the finished result.

The opportunityWorking directly with the Founder and CEO and members of the leadership team, you will own marketing execution across growth campaigns, content, community, and events. You will turn ideas into clear plans and deliver the work from initial brief through launch, follow-up, and reporting.
You will agree on priorities, budgets, and measures of success with leadership, then produce the work and coordinate internal contributors and external specialists to deliver it.
This is a hands-on senior role. You should be comfortable moving between writing campaign copy, creating a marketing asset, engaging with our online community, planning an event, and coordinating contributors. Your strengths are creativity, communication, relationship-building, and getting work completed.
The role requires creativity, sound judgment, strong follow-through, and the ability to manage several initiatives with competing deadlines.
What you will doGrowth marketing and demand generation- Develop and execute campaigns across LinkedIn, email, webinars, partnerships, events, and other relevant channels to reach employers, HR decision-makers, and benefits advisors.
- Build and improve landing pages, marketing funnels, and lead nurturing campaigns.
- Coordinate follow-up with sales and partnership colleagues to turn interest into qualified conversations.
- Research target markets and test messaging, channels, and offers. Use campaign results to improve conversion and identify opportunities for growth.
Content, brand, and storytelling- Personally write and produce content for LinkedIn, newsletters, email campaigns, landing pages, presentations, and event promotions.
- Translate financial well-being concepts into clear, practical stories that resonate with employers and the people they support.
- Create and update sales materials, presentations, and case studies.
- Produce polished visual assets and straightforward video content, coordinating specialist design or video support when needed.
- Maintain consistency in brand voice and visual identity.
Project coordination and delivery- Turn marketing priorities into actionable briefs with clear deliverables, owners, timelines, and agreed budgets.
- Coordinate internal contributors, freelancers, agencies, and partners. Provide useful feedback, manage approvals, and keep everyone clear on what is due and by when.
- Keep projects moving from idea to published work, balancing speed with accuracy and quality.
- Anticipate blockers, resolve day-to-day delivery issues, and flag trade-offs early.
- Carry initiatives through production, launch, follow-up, and measurement.
Community, events, and relationships- Manage comments, messages, and relevant conversations with warmth and sound judgment.
- Share recurring questions and audience insights with leadership and product colleagues.
- Build relationships with creators, experts, and advocates whose values align with ElektraFi.
- Plan, promote, and coordinate webinars, executive gatherings, networking events, and community experiences, including logistics and timely follow-up campaigns.
Marketing operations and insight- Keep campaign lists, CRM records, and lead handoffs organized so interest receives timely follow-up.
- Coordinate with colleagues or specialists on marketing automation, lead nurturing, and reporting.
- Track campaign performance, qualified interest, community engagement, event participation, and contribution to sales opportunities.
- Use results and audience feedback to recommend improvements.
What success looks like- Campaigns and marketing materials are delivered on time, within agreed scope and budgets, with clear accountability for contributors.
- Marketing creates qualified employer and partner interest and contributes measurably to sales opportunities.

Experience and qualifications- Typically 4+ years of hands-on marketing experience, with a record of independently owning campaigns and delivering results. We will also consider candidates with a comparable demonstrated track record.
- Strong writing, editing, and practical content-production skills, with examples of work you personally created.
- Ability to create professional visual marketing assets and edit straightforward video content using tools such as Canva, Figma, Adobe, or equivalent software.
- Experience building and engaging communities online or in person, creating meaningful conversations, relationships, and opportunities for people to participate.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with audiences, partners, and contributors with warmth and sound judgment.
- Experience coordinating internal contributors or external specialists, managing competing deadlines, and taking projects through to completion.
- Comfort evaluating commercial measures such as lead quality, conversion, and pipeline contribution.
- Sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to research unfamiliar topics, find solutions, and make progress without daily supervision.
- Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, business, or a related discipline is helpful. Practical ability, initiative, and demonstrated results matter just as much.
Useful additional experience- B2B SaaS, financial well-being, employee benefits, HR technology, or professional services marketing.
- Marketing to employers, HR leaders, or benefits advisors.
- Familiarity with CRM, email marketing, prospecting, or marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Clay, or similar platforms.
- SEO, paid digital campaigns, or marketing attribution.
- Using AI tools to improve research and production while reviewing accuracy and quality.
- Owning a broad marketing remit in a growing business or managing several client accounts in an agency.
- You do not need to be an expert in every channel. You do need strong practical skills, good judgment about where to focus, and the resourcefulness to get work completed.
