EIPS is recruiting an interim, part-time (0.511 FTE) French Immersion Grade 1 Teacher working at Heritage Hills Elementary.
Heritage Hills Elementary serves approximately 525 students in kindergarten the Grade 6 , with 24 teaching staff and 10 support staff . The school is located in Sherwood Park, AB.

Qualifications
- Excellent French verbal and written skills
- Bachelor of Education degree
- Valid Alberta Teaching Certificate
- Effective organization and classroom management skills
- Ability to create a classroom environment where students feel safe, supported, and challenged
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Experience or familiarity with analyzing data and using data to inform decisions and/or instruction
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
- Growth mindset and ability to use feedback to improve practice
- Relentless drive to set and achieve personal and professional goals
