Ellos HR Solutions is recruiting a PLC Programmer / Industrial Electrician for a well established manufacturing company in Oakville.

🔧 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for someone with approximately 3 to 5+ years of strong PLC Programming and industrial electrical troubleshooting experience.
442A Industrial Electrician license is preferred.
Your technical background should include experience with:
🔹 Allen Bradley PLC 500 and 5000
🔹 Fixed and modular PLC systems
🔹 Allen Bradley Connected Components
🔹 Allen Bradley HMI
🔹 PLC programming and troubleshooting
🔹 Industrial electrical diagnostics
🔹 Automated manufacturing equipment
Experience with robotics, robotic welding equipment, Motoman robots, press brakes and metal fabrication equipment would be a strong asset.
The facility has approximately 10 robotic cells and a combination of newer automation and older manufacturing equipment, so this is a great environment for someone who enjoys troubleshooting different technologies.
You do not necessarily need to have started your career as a PLC Programmer. The company is open to an experienced Industrial Electrician who has developed strong PLC programming skills over the years and has the technical curiosity to continue learning.
🕒 SHIFT & COMPENSATION
Day Shift: Typically 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Pay: Approximately $46 to $49/hour, depending on experience
The regular position is days. Because the PLC team is small, there may occasionally be a need to support the operation later. If working on afternoon shift, the premium is 7% of the rate.
