Monitor schedule, cost, and risk on assigned orders; escalate issues to the Program Manager with proposed mitigation plans
Track open issues/action items and drive timely resolution across departments
Support the Program Manager in internal program meetings and customer update meetings
Maintain clear, organized project documentation, status trackers, and reporting
Support continuous improvement of project tracking processes, tools, and reporting

Demonstrated ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, and routers
Experience building and managing Gantt charts/project schedules (MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar)
Proficiency with Excel; comfort with ERP/MRP systems and project tracking tools
Strong communication skills, comfortable speaking directly with customers and giving clear status updates
Ability to coordinate across multiple departments and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced floor environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working on-site full-time, including time spent on the production floor
Occasional travel may be required to support customer visits, supplier coordination, or site meetings.
