Our Client has a historical credit process ran on paper-based Word document applications - and They're now working to bring that unstructured data into the platform so their lending team can operate fully within nCino.
This is hands-on, detail-oriented work that sits at the intersection of credit knowledge and data organization. You don’t need to be a technologist - you need to understand credit, know what you’re looking at in a loan file, and be able to accurately extract and migrate that information with speed and precision.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Reviewing historical credit application documents, commitment letters, and security documentation
- Extracting and accurately entering structured data into nCino in line with defined field mapping and data standards
- Identifying gaps, inconsistencies, or missing information in source documents and flagging for review
- Working closely with the credit and operations teams to resolve data quality questions
- Maintaining accuracy and throughput targets across a high-volume migration workload
What We’re Looking For
- Background in underwriting, credit analysis, commercial lending, or loan operations
- Comfort reading and interpreting credit applications, commitment letters, and security/collateral documents
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work methodically through high volumes of documentation
- Familiarity with nCino or similar loan origination platforms is a plus - not required
- Ability to work independently and maintain pace in a structured, deadline-driven environment
