Role Purpose
The Institutional Sales Associate Intern will support Enabled Talent’s business development and sales efforts with universities, colleges, employers, government organizations, and community organizations interested in adopting or piloting inclusive workforce technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify relevant institutional decision makers and key stakeholders.
- Research organizational accessibility priorities, challenges, and needs.
- Conduct personalized outreach to prospective institutional customers and partners.
- Coordinate discovery calls, meetings, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare institutional presentations, proposals, and pilot materials.
- Support responses to requests for information and other customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of contacts, opportunities, conversations, and follow ups.
- Assist with procurement processes and vendor registration research.
- Gather and document stakeholder feedback throughout the sales process.
- Support the progression of opportunities from initial outreach through discovery, engagement, and pilot implementation.
Qualifications
Current student or recent graduate in Business, Public Administration, Education, Marketing, or a related field.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence communicating with senior stakeholders and institutional representatives.
- Excellent attention to detail and follow through.
- The ability to understand and communicate complex institutional needs.
- An interest in accessibility, education, inclusive employment, and workforce development.
- Previous experience with institutional sales, business development, or procurement is considered an asset.
