About the Role
Enabled Talent is looking for a motivated Business Development Associate Intern to support our growth by identifying new commercial opportunities and building relationships with employers, educational institutions, and community organizations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys research, connecting with people, exploring new markets, and turning early conversations into meaningful business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Research potential customers, markets, industries, and emerging opportunities.
- Identify new business and revenue opportunities for Enabled Talent.
- Build and maintain prospect lists across priority sectors.
- Reach out to organizations and help coordinate discovery meetings.
- Support the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Assist with pilot program development and customer onboarding.
- Track business opportunities, conversations, follow ups, and next steps.
- Conduct competitor and market research to support business strategy.
- Assist with pricing and sales positioning research.
- Help move early conversations toward qualified business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Current student or recent graduate in Business, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
