What You Will Do:
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements, translating business needs into functional solution designs and user stories for Salesforce Field Service.
- Analyze field service processes and workflows to identify opportunities for optimization, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Support Salesforce Field Service configuration, testing, deployment, release activities, and ongoing platform enhancements.
- Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to troubleshoot issues, resolve defects, and deliver effective solutions.
- Assess and prioritize enhancement requests, application defects, and process improvement opportunities based on business needs.
- Provide application expertise and user support, including guidance on Salesforce Field Service capabilities and leading practices.
- Develop and maintain business process documentation, training materials, and support procedures while supporting integration, reporting, and data quality initiatives.
Who You Are:
- Related university degree or a two-year technical diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field with a minimum of 4 years of related experience.
- 3-5+ years experience, preferably Salesforce Field Service.
- Strong understanding of field service processes, including work management, scheduling, dispatch, and mobile workforce operations.
- Demonstrated experience gathering and documenting business requirements and supporting application delivery throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical technology solutions.
- Effective communicator and collaborator with experience working across business stakeholders, technical teams, support groups, and external vendors.
- Salesforce certifications and experience supporting integrations, reporting, or data quality initiatives are considered assets.
Working Conditions:
- Typical office environment.
- Limited travel may be required to support business, project, or operational needs.
Salary:
- Ranges from $85,000 – $115,000 CDN for Ontario locations based upon candidate’s experience, skills, and internal equity.
- Applicable compensation policies and guidelines apply to internal candidates.
