Role Description This is a full-time Project Manager role based in Oshawa, ON, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows for a combination of on-site and work-from-home days. The Project Manager oversees energy and infrastructure projects from initiation through completion, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements are met. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing vendors and contractors, and monitoring progress against milestones. The role involves tracking and resolving issues, maintaining accurate documentation, preparing status reports for stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards. The Project Manager collaborates closely with operations, engineering, and finance teams to support delivery of flexible, cost-effective solutions aligned with EnerFORGE’s mission.
Qualifications
- Project Management skills, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Expeditor and Expediting experience to track materials, equipment, and services, and to resolve delays proactively.
- Inspection capabilities to verify quality, safety, and contractual compliance of project deliverables and site activities.
- Logistics Management skills to organize transportation, scheduling, and supply chain activities supporting project execution.
- Relevant experience in energy, infrastructure, or construction projects, with a strong focus on delivery and accountability.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and effective time management.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and standard office tools; familiarity with budgeting and reporting is an asset.
- Post-secondary education in engineering, construction management, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
